Child and Adolescent Sexual Exploitation Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Metropolitan Touring collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.metropolitan-touring.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and Galapagos Cruises and Tours services offered by Metropolitan Touring.
Ministerial Agreement No. 2022-014 and other local and international regulations that prohibit and sanction sexual exploitation, this vessel officially declares its absolute rejection of any form of sexual exploitation of children, adolescents, or individuals in vulnerable situations.
All employees are firmly committed to preventing any acts of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and will immediately report any suspicion or evidence of such situations.
